When it's finished, you can collect your reward and use the new resources to improve your institute. Usually you just have to select a character, choose one of the actions he or she can perform, and wait for them to complete that action. The missions you have to complete in MARVEL Avengers Academy's are very simple. You can also level up the superheroes that already attend your institute to unlock new suits.
You start out with just Iron Man and Wasp, but once you start completing missions and constructing new buildings, you can draw in many more superheroes. Your objective is to try to get all the Marvel superheroes to attend your school.
